Steve & Shannon's Wedding | Scarborough Renaissance Faire | Waxahachie, Texas

We had the opportunity to shoot a great wedding over at the Scarborough Renaissance Faire in Waxahachie. The wedding was a hit, the guest and families were awesome and relaxed which made our jobs even easier. Everything about the day was perfect, from the weather to the atmosphere to the music. This couple is always smiling, telling jokes, loving on their fur babies and laughing all day. Having the privilege to watch these two join together was a joy and they were just as much fun to shoot on their wedding day as they were for their engagement pictures. We hope that you enjoy the photos from their day as much as we enjoyed ourselves at the wedding!

Thanks again to the newly married Mr. & Mrs. Lyons for letting us take these photos for you and to share in your moment. We wish you many years of happiness together!

Zoo Series Part Two: Cats

Part Two: Cats
The cats were rather comfortable this time around at the zoo. We spent some time with the Lions, Leopards, Panthers, and the Tigers for this series. They were all roaming around their habitats, especially taking the time to sun bathe and catch a catnap!

Zoo Series Part One: Elephants

We had a great trip to the Fort Worth, TX Zoo recently and ended up with some great shots of the birds, elephants, reptiles, cats, etc.! This zoo series will be in different parts so be on the look out for the others. We wanted to share these with you and we hope you enjoy!

Part One: Elephants
Elephants show a lot of emotion in their face and their eyes, that was what we were aiming to capture. While they were playing as a family, resting, and taking in all the people around them, we wanted to see their expressions.

Snow Day Fun 3.5.15

We had a sudden case of winter in our first week of March. It started with heavy rain last night, became freezing rain and then we woke up to snow! The last two weeks have decided to be our small Texas winter, giving us snow and ice three times this year. Last nights snowfall gave us record snowfalls in the metroplex, at least the most we have had in DFW since 1968! We let the dogs run around the yard and take in all 5 inches we had outside, which they had never seen before. Our four year old Yorkie, Watson, was not very thrilled and he never has been when it comes to getting wet or cold but he lasted long enough to run around the yard with our other puppy. The puppy is our one year old Mini Aussie, McGuinness, who absolutely loved the experience. He was running around the yard chasing birds and snowflakes, having a blast. At least one of them took well to the snow!

We wanted to share a few photos of our snowpocalypse with you guys, enjoy!
